Fantasy Studio is a wedding photography and cinematography studio in Malakpet, Hyderabad, India. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website or our mobile apps, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — when you send us an enquiry or build a package: your name, phone number, event type, event dates and any message you write.
• Booking records — if you book us: your package details, event schedule, payments you have made to us (recorded by our team), and delivery progress.
• Sign-in — the client, crew and partner areas sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. We store your verified number to show you your own booking and nothing else.
• Push notifications — if you install our app and allow notifications, we store a device token so we can tell you about your own booking (confirmation, payments received, delivery updates). Declining notifications changes nothing else about the app.
• Saved package — the package you build on our website is kept on your own device (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It reaches us only if you send it.
• Usage statistics — our home page and package builder use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons get used. It records the pages you open, your device and browser type, and a rough area (such as your city) worked out from your internet address, along with a random visitor ID kept on your device. It never receives your name or phone number, and the sign-in areas (client, crew and partner) do not use it.

What we never collect

• No card or bank details — the app and website never process payments.
• No GPS or precise location, no contact-list access, no advertising identifiers.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Where it is stored

Our website and apps run on Google Firebase (Google Cloud). Your information is stored in Google's data centres, protected by security rules that let you see only your own records, and our small team see the studio's. Google may store data on servers outside India; Google's own commitments are described in the Firebase privacy documentation.

Who can see it

Only the studio team, for running your booking. Notifications are delivered through Google's messaging service and, on iPhone, Apple's push service, and usage statistics are processed for us by Google Analytics. We share information with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as we operate, because clients return to us for copies of their memories years later — unless you ask us to delete them (see below). Enquiries that never become bookings are cleaned out periodically. Push tokens are deleted when you log out or uninstall the app. Google Analytics deletes its statistics automatically after its retention period (at most 14 months).

Your choices

• Ask us any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — see Delete your account and data below.
• Turn notifications off in your phone's settings, or just log out of the app.
• Our services are for people planning weddings and events; they are not directed at children.

Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Fantasy Studio sign-in and the information we hold about you at any time, whether you use our website or our app.

1. Send us a WhatsApp message on +91 86868 68803, or email fantasystudio4@gmail.com, saying “Delete my data” and giving the mobile number you sign in with.
2. We check that the request really comes from you, usually by replying to that number.
3. We delete your data within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

What we delete: your sign-in record, the notification tokens for your devices, your enquiries and the packages you sent us, and your booking details.

What we may keep: records of a booking and its payments that tax and accounting law require us to keep, only for as long as the law requires.

You can also ask us to delete only part of your data, such as an old enquiry, without removing your sign-in. Logging out of the app removes that phone's notification token straight away.
